The 2024 edition of the SEMA show opened on the day of the American presidential election. Occupying four halls of the Las Vegas (Nevada) convention center, this exhibition called Specialty Equipment Market Association brings together the most recent innovations in the automotive parts and accessories industry.

Many automobile manufacturers will be present at the 2024 SEMA show
Every year, many manufacturers take advantage of the SEMA 2024 show to present their latest developments in automotive parts and accessories.
On the Stellantis side, under the Mopar banner, we unveiled the Plymouth GTX Electromod Concept. Although large displacements are still omnipresent, the automobile giant is putting forward the results of its research into electrification. Thanks to the electric motor, this extremely modern GTX produces 335 horsepower. Its range is 400 kilometers. Everything is there… except the sound of the V8 engine of yesteryear.
At Nissan, we have lifted the veil on the Frontier Project Tailgater. Based on a Pro-4X version, this creation represents the perfect way to organize a barbecue and celebrate off the beaten track. A reinvented version of the new Kicks 2025 has also seen the light of day for the first time.
As for Kia, we saw the unveiling of the EV9 ADVNTR and PV5 WKNDR. These two concepts clearly illustrate the current craze for vehicles with an adventurous flavor while remaining in the world of electric vehicles.
In its vast booth, Toyota put forward several original prototype vehicles. Among them, note the 4Runner TRD Surf. Based on the most recent generation of the 4Runner, this reinterpretation of Toyota’s SUV reminds us that this model was once offered as a convertible.
Several stars at the 2024 SEMA show
In order to attract visitors to their booth, companies show imagination. Some even go so far as to have special guests. Throughout the first day of the SEMA 2024 event, hundreds of people were able to get a photo with their idol or even an autograph. Automotive personalities include Richard Petty, Mike Hall, Leah Pruett, Don Garlits and Mike Hall.
