According to their study, forming a partner would indeed promote weight gain, for several reasons. As reported Neonfor almost half of the people surveyed (47%), meal time often comes as an opportunity to get together, exchange ideas and have fun. This would be all the more valid when you are in a relationship, since 57.9% of people in cohabitation make sure to have dinner every evening with their other half. “It’s a time of pleasure and exchange, which allows us to get together after a day of work”. And when we're at the table, we sometimes don't see the time passing, so we stay there for several hours, providing plenty of opportunities to get more and continue snacking.
