The event aroused emotion in the USA, as well as a wave of squirrel memecoins.
Peanut memecoins that don't serve his real cause, which is P'Nuts Freedom Farm
Since the cruel and incomprehensible killing of Peanut the Squirrel (or P’Nut) a few days ago, the sad destiny of the poor animal and the bureaucratic imbecility of the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) of the State of New York are gone viral on the Internet.
The cryptosphere has also been affected, since so many many memecoins – either based onsquirrelsor using the ticker PNUT for the name of their token – have emerged since the unfortunate event. One of them even earned tens of millions of dollars valuation (market cap).

The latter, overwhelmed by the brutal execution of his animal companion for 7 years, calls for pay homage to the little squirrel via the animal sanctuary that his adventures on Instagram had made it possible to finance until now. Indeed, Mark Longo hopes to be able to maintain the P’Nuts Freedom Farm despite the tragic disappearance of its mascot, to continue saving animals in difficulty.
The lifetime of these memecoins surfing on the emotion aroused by Peanut remains very uncertainbut let's hope that the P'Nuts Freedom Farm sanctuary can last for a long timeeven without its little star.
