An update and a new version for the Yamaha NMax 125 urban scooter

The most urban model in the Max Yamaha sports scooter range, the Nmax 125 benefits for 2025 from a reworked style and features inherited from the star of the maxi-scooter market, the Tmax.

Equipped with new dual-optic front headlights with integrated LED indicators and a rear light with LED lights, its revised design brings a touch of sportiness, in particular with a new fairing and a sports screen.

Designed to navigate city traffic, the Nmax 125 has under-seat storage that can accommodate a helmet, as well as a waterproof glove box on the right.

The front and rear brakes are equipped with 230 mm diameter discs and ABS, while the scooter is also equipped with traction control (TCS) which automatically adjusts the power delivered to the rear wheel. The 13-inch alloy wheels are equipped with a 130/70-13 tire at the rear and a 110/70-13 tire at the front.

Developed with Yamaha's advanced Blue Core technology, the now EURO5+ 125cc engine is equipped with technology Start & Stop which minimizes fuel consumption to reduce emissions and cost per use (7.1 liter tank for a range of approximately 300 km).

The Yamaha Nmax is also equipped with a connected instrumentationvisible with a smartphone via the Yamaha MyRide application. Drivers can view notifications of incoming calls, emails and text messages on the 4.2 inch LCD dashboard inches. A “Smart Key” system is also included as standard, as is a USB-C socket.

A new Tech Max version

Available from January 2025 at a price that has yet to be confirmed, and in two colors: Icon Black and Milky White in the basic version, the Yamaha Nmax 125 is also, for the first time, available in a Tech Max version. A version that takes all the new features brought to the 2025 model year of the Nmax and adds a 4.2-inch multi-themed, connected, color TFT screen with many features, including free Garmin navigation and a quality two-seater saddle upper which incorporates a special black imitation leather covering combined with gold stitching and suede-look details.

The Yamaha Nmax 125 Tech Max will be available in Ceramic Gray and Dark Magma colors in May 2025.
