Shaun Ferguson nominated for Canadian Folk Award

Guitarist Shaun Ferguson received a nomination for the Canadian Folk Awards. This distinction on the national scene is very good news, believes the musician who finds himself a finalist in the solo instrumentalist category for his album La Lumière de l’ombre – L’ombre de la Lumière.

Among the 107 artists nominated from across Canada, the Acadian guitarist is the only finalist from New Brunswick. The Canadian Folk Music Awards (CFMA) say they have received a record number of nominations from across the country.
