Things are happening just a stone's throw from the WEC Rookie Test. Indeed, the World Endurance Championship has published a new version of its entry list with numerous additions, both in Hypercar and LMGT3.
It is particularly within the Porsche 963 No. 99 of Proton Competition that the numbers have grown. The first confirmed a few weeks ago, Julien Andlauer, expected on an official car next year, and Charlie Wurz are joined by Harry Tincknell, Larry ten Voorde and Antonio Serravalle, already seen in the WEC this year with Isotta Fraschini.
In LMGT3, Augusto Farfus appears on the list. The Brazilian will share his day this Sunday between the two BMW M4 LMGT3s of Team WRT. On the No. 31, he will take turns with Grégory de Sybourg. On the N°46 with Gilles Stadsbader. At United Autosports, Grégoire Saucy will work exclusively on the No. 95 McLaren 720S, ultimately in the company of Tom Gamble, Marino Sato and Frenchman Sébastien Baud. On the No. 59, Alex Sedgwick was joined by Darren Leung and Yasser Shahin.
Note that Sébastien Baud and Yasser Shahin will also drive the No. 60 Iron Lynx Lamborghini Huracan during this WEC Rookie Test.
