Tomorrow Belongs to Us: Summary of the episode of November 6, 2024

Timothy helps Rachel

Since her attack, Rachel has decided to train in various self-defense techniques. Since she is not yet ready to take classes in the evening or outside, she watches tutorials on her computer. She offers to help Timothée with his training. He’s the only man she truly trusts to ask her to attack him, so she can try to defend herself. Even though Timothée is a little reluctant to touch her at first, he ends up agreeing to play along. But barely has he touched her wrist when she slaps him.

A little later, Timothée persuades Rachel to accompany him shopping. On the way back, the young woman is super nervous and walks at full speed. She is stressed because of the crowd. Timothée stops for a moment and tries to reassure her by telling her that no one is following them and that she is in no danger. He adds that he understands what she feels, because he too feels constantly oppressed by others. Rachel admits that it’s stronger than her. Timothée explains to her that it is a defense mechanism that will eventually fade, but only if she makes an effort to return to a normal life. He adds that this walk is a first step. He has even already noted routes so that they can take other walks, at his own pace. Moved by his kindness, Rachel takes him in her arms.

Raphaëlle wants to take Agnès under her wing

At the Spoon, Simon surprises Camille with Zack. The latter notices his presence and stares at him insistently. Camille is embarrassed and asks Zack to stop looking at him. Simon leaves the Spoon without saying a word. He then goes to Raphaëlle’s office to talk to her about Camille. He tells her that he saw Camille at the Spoon with Zack and that they seemed very close. Simon adds that he doesn’t want Zack to get him into trouble when she has just come out of her judicial review. Raphaëlle admits to him that she has already discussed the subject with her daughter. Simon thinks that Camille is a little naive and that she does not realize the dangers that this young man represents. Raphaëlle thanks him for alerting her. During a snack with her daughters, she discusses Zack with Camille. She assures her mother that there is nothing between them. Despite everything, Raphaëlle advises him to be careful. Camille gets angry and leaves her mother’s office.

After her day of work, Raphaëlle goes for a jog and comes across Agnès Prado in the middle of a yoga session. She confides to him that she is going through a complicated period with her 20-year-old daughter. Then, she asks Agnès how her relationship with her husband is going. “Badly” replies Agnès. She wants a divorce, but Michel refuses. He doesn’t want to sign the papers and no longer answers her calls. Raphaëlle then suggests that Agnès take over her case.

The predator provokes Sara

At the police station, Roxane takes stock of the ongoing investigation with Michael, Nordine and Sara. She informs them that the “Fit Sète Club” gym is equidistant from two locations of attacks and as the predator uses bodybuilding elastics in his modus operandi, it is very likely that he frequents it. To prevent the attacker from spotting them, Michael suggests infiltrating the room in order to recover the clients’ files. He suggests that Nordine play the role of the infiltrator, but Roxane believes that it would be better for her to do so, given that she is a woman. Michael rejects this proposal, as she is not empowered. Furthermore, he considers that Sara is too emotionally involved to play this role. “Great, everyone stays in their place,” says Roxane. Michael raises his voice and points out that he is leading the investigation. Sara gets annoyed. Michael encourages her to take a few days off. “Don’t tell me what’s good for me,” the young woman replies. “Yes, because you don’t have clear ideas,” Michael retorts before closing the discussion. Roxane suggests to Sara that she keep Enora for a few days. She thinks it would be nice for the two of them to spend some time together.

Nordine goes to the gym and strikes up a conversation with a member named Antonin. He notices that Antonin has the same elastic bands as the attacker. Shortly after, he meets Octave who comes to say hello. Nordine whispers to him that he is investigating and asks him to pretend they don’t know each other. Then he goes behind the counter to copy the customer file onto a USB key. Anthony calls out to him and asks him what he is doing there. Nordine explains to him that he dropped his locker key while trying to take a flyer.

Back at the police station, Nordine gives the USB key to Roxane. She crosses the room’s customer file with the list of active users on a masculinist forum. Five profiles match, including that of Antonin Antonin Delartain. Nordine informs Michael that he ran into Octave at the gym, and Michael replies that he didn’t know his son was training there.

At school, Liam apologizes to Lilou for not believing her about her attempted rape. He wants to make up for it, but Lilou thinks he has gone too far.

At the end of the day, Michael returns to the Delcourts and asks his son to change clubs. He explains to Octave that the Fit Sète Club is frequented by a group of masculinists. Octave replies that he makes fun of these people. To convince his son, Michael emphasizes that verbal violence against women is also a crime and that it is something he does not tolerate. Octave replies: “Because you never spoke badly to mom, perhaps? »

Roxane is about to go home when she receives a call from Bart. He would like to invite himself to dinner. Bart still doesn’t know what happened to Sara. Roxane then claims that they are tired and that they will not be good company. When she arrived home, she opened the mailbox and found a note from the predator in which he wrote: “You liked it, you little bitch cop. Do you want to start again?” Roxane is devastated.
