New non-executive chairman of Alpha Group takes office

Alpha Group International plc is a UK-based non-bank provider of financial solutions to businesses and institutions operating internationally. The Company's segments include Corporate London, Institutional, Corporate Toronto, Corporate Amsterdam, Alpha Pay and Cobase. Its divisions include FX Risk Management and Alternative Banking.
