Organic cultivation and permaculture.

In response to a desire to live closer to nature and to actively contribute to the health of the soil and the preservation of ecosystems, Catherine Dobbelaere reconverted 2 years ago and embarked on the adventure of Lands from Karibu.

This name is a nod to an African expression which means “welcome”.

Fruits, vegetables and herbs

This farmer, passionate about organic farming and permaculture, mainly grows vegetables.

Currently, she grows in greenhouses, which allows her to still have tomatoes, peppers and summer vegetables. Soon it will begin its winter season.

Short circuit sales

Catherine highlights local agriculture which promotes short circuits, while raising awareness of the importance of consuming in an eco-responsible manner. This is how it offers its products on the Lembeye market or in some local supermarkets.
