Quite heterogeneous situation for slaughterhouses. Some present properly completed schedules, while others display; these last few days, holes. Indeed, given the very upward dynamics of the egg market, breeders keep the hens as much as possible, including those infected with salmonella.
At the same time, expeditions to Africa are getting underway, in preparation for the end-of-year holidays. The fresh market is slowly waking up. In this context, while several slaughterhouses report having maintained prices, some have conceded a slight increase on hens negotiated on spot.
Next listing: Friday November 8. Then the CPP will be carried out every Friday.
