The departmental operational committee has been activated at the prefecture. The emergency services are fully mobilized, under the coordination of the prefect and have carried out nearly 400 interventions. 150 firefighters are deployed. 336 people were involved in relief operations.

This meteorological episode continues into the evening

A prefectural decree ordered the closure of schools in 39 municipalities in the department for the day of Friday. Collective passenger transport is prohibited in these same municipalities. Local elected officials in municipalities not targeted by the decree remain able to order the closure of their educational establishments for tomorrow..
