Valentin Néraudeau took the reins of the restaurant Le M., located at the Wine Museum in Paris. Known for his creativity, he has established himself among the big names in French cuisine since his beginnings in Toulouse. Trained with renowned chefs like Michel Guerard and the brothers Pourcelhe became the youngest chef in France in 2006 and a finalist in the French dessert championship twice. At just 19 years old, he opened his first restaurant, then others in Paris and internationally. Finalist on Top Chef in 2013, he became known to the general public thanks to his television appearances. From New York to Beijing, Valentin Néraudeau perfects his art by remaining attached to seasonal products and Mediterranean flavors, particularly citrus fruits. He wants to offer the restaurant Le M. inventive bistronomic cuisine, highlighting local French products, while telling a story through each dish. Committed to sustainable food, it favors short circuits and supports small producers, in search of a balance between flavors, textures and well-being.
