A young man was attacked on Monday October 14, near the city stadium, in the Argentine district of Beauvais, by several individuals.
The facts allegedly occurred on Monday October 14 in the eveningshortly before 10 p.m., near the city stade, avenue Jean-Moulin in the neighborhood Argentine from Beauvais. Residents report hearing “howls“, at the bottom of the building. Opening the window, a young man finds himself on the ground, bleeding. He was allegedly brutally attacked by around twenty individuals. “He got beaten up but there were also stabbings!”says a witness to the scene.
A few minutes later, several cars parked in the middle of the avenue. “Some dispersed on foot, others got into the car”says another resident of the neighborhood.
The young man was taken away by emergency services a few minutes after the attack. “There is blood everywhere”, exclaims the resident, still shocked by the facts. “I never thought I would see this with my own eyes, it’s truly shocking. It was a surreal scene, a scene of horror”.
The morning after the events, Tuesday October 15, a bloody knife was still at the scene.
Contacted, the public prosecutor Frédéric Trinh confirms that legal proceedings have been opened by the Beauvais public prosecutor’s office “attempted intentional homicide following the attack by bladed weapons and sharp weapons on a 17-year-old young man”. The young man’s vital prognosis was not in jeopardy when he was transported to the Beauvais hospital center. “Investigations are underway to identify the perpetrators”continues Frédéric Trinh.
