October 22, 2022 is a date Jey Uso will never forget. During this episode of WWE SmackDown, the Bloodline was reunited in the ring. A segment that Jey Uso considers to be the most “embarrassing” of his career.
Roman Reigns, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn all struggled to stay in character, including the famous moment when Sami Zayn threw out the term “Ucey.” During an interview with Metro, Jey Uso returned to this segment and revealed that Reigns wanted to make him laugh:
“The Ucey segment is probably one of the funniest and coolest segments on television, but it was also the most embarrassing for me because I was just laughing at television. There were times where I had to look away from the camera because I had a big smile on my face, Roman. [Reigns] tried to make me crack up even more, to make me laugh even more.
Sami Zayn and I had a promo before that that could have been a segment on its own, and then it evolved. We managed to make all the emotions felt in this segment. It was just incredible! I don’t think we’ll ever be able to replicate that.”
