Big revelations. According to information from our colleagues at the Telegraph, footballer Benjamin Mendy revealed that several of his former Manchester City teammates had participated in his evenings during the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a reminder, in 2021, the former France team player was accused of rape, attempted rape and sexual assault by six young women. Sent to prison for 4 months, before being released on bail, he was found not guilty on July 14, 2023.

Sidelined by the English club during the first revelations, Benjamin Mendy is now demanding 13 million euros in unpaid wages.

Through a written statement, the footballer assured that “several players from the Manchester City first team, including the club captain, were all present at the parties”.

“We all drank alcohol. We’ve all had casual relationships with women. We have all broken the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic,” added Benjamin Mendy.

At present, the Manchester City club has not reacted to the comments made by its former player.
