Floods in Seine-et-: the CCI welcomes affected traders and entrepreneurs

It is too early this Monday evening to try to estimate the number of shops and businesses affected by the flooding caused by the Grand Morin flood last Thursday and Friday, in more than a hundred communities in the watershed. In order to facilitate administrative procedures, declarations and the coverage of damage by insurance – only after publication of the natural disaster order – the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Seine-et- (CCI 77) has set up a support system for impacted businesses and traders.

This system offers practical and immediate solutions to manage the emergency, ensure the safety of the premises and facilitate a return to normal. This consists of an online guide to the first actions and procedures (insurance, partial activity), personalized support according to the specific needs of each company or business (securing premises, putting you in touch with the competent services, psychological support) and , in the event of economic difficulties, financial aid.

Special support is also provided to assist entrepreneurs in their administrative procedures with their insurance companies and municipal services.

CCI 77 opens two physical reception points for professionals. The first, this Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Coulommiers (Télécentre E-LAB, 9 bis rue des Margats, office no. 14), and the second, Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Crécy-la-Chapelle (Télécentre E- Magine, 3, rue de la Chapelle, office no. 3). The Flood Emergency unit can be reached on 0800 730 492 or by email at [email protected]
