For several months now, Viasanté Optique centers have announced their closure, one of which was located in Rodez. This information created confusion among many Aveyron residents, thinking that these were Ecouter Voir centers.
The shared history between Viasanté and Mutualité Française Aveyron (formerly UDSMA, now called Altriane) still raises misunderstandings. However, these two structures have indeed been dissociated for 10 years.
Today, Viasanté offers, among other things, complementary health insurance. Mutualité Française Aveyron, for its part, manages care and support services (nursing care, optics, hearing, home services, etc.).
Following numerous customer feedback, Altriane would like to once again clarify that all Aveyron Ecouter Voir centers, managed by the Mutualité Française Aveyron, remain open.
