A fatal shooting broke out around 9 a.m. this Saturday, October 12, revealed Europe 1. The events took place in front of the restaurant and nightclub, named the « Beach Club »located near the Porte d’Aubervilliers, north of Paris. Two people were affected. The shooter fled and was wanted by law enforcement. A security perimeter was established around the crime scene.

According to a source close to the case, a suspect was arrested by the police and placed in police custody at the beginning of the afternoon, reports Actu 17. At this stage, the exact circumstances of the tragedy as well that the shooter’s motives are unknown. To determine them, an investigation into murder and attempted murder, carried out under the direction of the Departmental Judicial Police Service of Seine-Saint-Denis, was opened by the Bobigny public prosecutor’s office.
