The 24-year-old striker was one of the players in Real Madrid’s enormous season, scoring a quadruple with a Champions League and La Liga in particular.
The Brazilian, at the club since 2018, has scored 24 goals and provided eleven assists in 39 matches in all competitions. He shone less with Brazil, eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Copa America.
Who votes and until when?
The 2024 Ballon d’Or vote is reserved for 100 journalists from around the world from the top 100 countries in the FIFA rankings.
Each designated journalist will reveal a ranking of 10 players with the following scale: 15 points for 1st, 12 points for 2nd, 10 points for 3rd, 8 points for 4th, 7 points for 5th, 5 points for 6th, 4 points for 7th, 3 points for 8th, 2 points for 9th and 1 point for 10th.
Journalists will have the opportunity to vote between now and the end of September and the beginning of October.
As a reminder, voters must only take into account the performances of the 30 nominees for the 2023-2024 season.
The performances of the nominees at the start of the 2024-2025 season should not be taken into consideration.
