According to Didier Migaud, this request was made within the legal deadline of 18 days. “He is now detained in Switzerland. There is a guarantee regarding its detention. Philippine, 19, was found dead on September 21 in the Bois de Boulogne. Taha O. was arrested on September 24 in Switzerland. This Moroccan national, already convicted of rape and subject to an arrest warrant for intentional homicide and rape of Philippine, was placed in pre-trial detention after his arrest.
