If everyone has their own definition of a cult film, the 400 Coups team nevertheless had to get along and come to an agreement on a choice of films to screen. “We have meetings, everyone presents their choices, and we decide. Sometimes we have great ideas but the film is no longer distributed in commercial circuits. There are a lot of requests within the entire team, we sort them out, and we try to balance the programming a little so that there are not only horror films, for example. But we try to please everyone in the team”explains the employee at the arthouse cinema.
Sleepless night in the dark room
This year, the highlight of the festival will surely take place Thursday, November 21date of “The Night of Cult Plans”. Through this unprecedented event within the Angevin cinema, the aim is to mark the occasion for celebrate the 10the festival anniversary. On the menu? Cinema always makes you dream
