A beautiful sunny Pink October day, organized by Marine and Philippe and their team of CCAS volunteers, took place on Saturday October 5. At 1:30 p.m., the walkers were there in their pink t-shirts for a 5 km walk. Meanwhile, on the square in front of the town hall, the associations were setting up shop. The Mutualia stand, Récréa’terre and its pottery, the Tête et les mains and its painted earthenware, the sewing club and its crochet objects, the Barbarians and their “Blue November” t-shirts.
The Bullfighting Club was at the refreshment bar, the sports department offered a heart hunt, sporting challenges (rowing, cycling) and a motor skills course for the little ones. The Monique-Salustre center had its heart tree and the Palette portiragnaise its train of hope where everyone was able to paint a heart and Véro’s magnificent photo frames.
When the marchers returned, the country dancers delighted the audience with their rhythmic dances. Then, it was the turn of Alexia’s students to delight the audience with their show of bodily expression and dance.
And to finish our dynamic Amandine gave a dazzling zumba demonstration and then led the most courageous in a hellish flash mob. A beautiful day and a great mobilization for a noble cause: the fight against breast cancer. All profits were donated to the latter.
