Rain-flood and violent wind: Deux-Sèvres on orange alert, Vienne on yellow alert on Wednesday

Météo France places Deux-Sèvres on orange alert this Wednesday, October 9 for rain-flood and in yellow for vent violent. Vienne will be on yellow alert for rain-flooding and strong winds. Vienne and Deux-Sèvres have already been placed on yellow alert for storms on Tuesday evening.

A month of rain in a few hours

The depression Kirk will approach the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region this Wednesday. Very significant amounts of rain are expected, particularly in Deux-Sèvres and the far north of Vienne.
