This toolbox firstly contains a user guide which will help IAEs to conduct interviews with their audience (assessment of their level of activity and awareness: choice of arguments and vocabulary, etc. There are also partner sheets with contacts of structures that can work to develop sports practice, a logbook to be issued to the people supported so that they can note their attendance and progress as well as tools (posters, etc.).
Hafida Demathieux Kouach, health promotion and education officer at Ardie 47, member of the project group and particularly motivated, explains that “practicing at least one physical activity has notable positive repercussions both physically and psychologically. .
