Sentiment d’injustice

For the victim’s mother, Dominique Vacant, “it’s getting harder and harder”. The young man suspected of having killed Maxime was released last November. “We want justice to be done”continues the father, Serge Vacant, very moved. “It’s an anger that grows every day”testifies Romain Vacant, the brother. “We have no news from the justice system”he laments. The investigation has been closed for a year and the family now hopes thata trial date is set quickly.

Relatives remain incomprehensible: “We want to know what happened, we want to know why Maxime was killed”breathes Dominique Vacant. “I think of my son every day”she concludes. While awaiting the date of a trial, she assures thatshe will continue to go to her son’s grave every day.
