Model Y inventory discounts bring its price down to under $35,000 with the tax credit

Tesla appears determined to make the holiday quarter the best of the year, continuing to add promotions and discounts on vehicles in the United States early on.

After extending the zero down offer for the Model Y and Model 3, it now offers inventory discounts of up to $2,700 for new cars in stock, and no longer just for demo vehicles with a few thousand kilometers on the odometer, as is generally the case.

The Model Y, for example, starts at $34,790 for a 2024 rear-wheel-drive, long-range version, after applying the federal tax credit with the federal tax credit.

Tesla Model 3 vehicles in stock are priced from $32,870 after tax credit, still for the base version Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive in the color of Stealth Gray base with black interior.

With a down payment of $3,999, the monthly payment for the cheapest Model Y on the list of vehicles in stock would now be $646, but since Tesla did not extend the 99% tax credit offer, the Model Y monthly payment is $646 1.99% APR of 99% it offered last month.

Model Y and Model 3 financing is now charged with an interest rate of 5.29% for the 72-month period, while 84-month financing increases to a whopping 6.29%.

However, for customers who want to acquire Tesla’s best vehicles with cash, it is now possible to get a Model Y for less than $35,000, provided you don’t mind the free Stealth Gray color and the basic black interior.
