From September 23 to 25, Saint-Denis hosted the 22nd edition of the national “Golden Bus” competition, rewarding the best bus drivers in . Among the 55 participants, Jean-Baptiste Mauger, driver on the TLP Mobilités network, stood out by winning the special prize for sustainable development.

This particularly coveted award highlights driving quality and control of fuel consumption. Jean-Baptiste shone during a test combining skill and efficiency, highlighting the importance of eco-driving. TLP Mobilités is “proud of the performance of Jean-Baptiste, 34 years old, who represents Keolis’ commitment to the ecological transition and the reduction of the carbon footprint. Although he has only been on the network for four years, its success illustrates the continued training and commitment of drivers to adopt sustainable driving practices.”

To prepare for this competition, Jean-Baptiste trained with the help of Philippe Domenech, trainer from the Keolis group, who accompanied him to Saint-Denis. Keolis drivers regularly receive training on eco-driving and are financially encouraged to reduce their fuel consumption.

Young people can cycle for €20 per year

TLP Mobilités has launched a price promotion on the annual subscription of its self-service bicycle rental service, aiming to encourage the use of electric bicycles within the student community. From October 1 to 31, young people under 25 can subscribe to this subscription for only €20 per year, instead of €60. This subscription includes the first 30 minutes free for each trip (€1 per 30 minutes of use beyond). Since 2023, the service has been expanded with the addition of four new stations (two in and two in Lourdes), bringing the total number of stations to 13 and offering 50 electric bikes to residents.
