Al-Gharafa won at home against Al-Ain in the Asian Champions League, with a goal from Yacine Brahimi to take the break. Third match for Brahimi this season since his return to the Al-Gharafa first team and third goal.

The Algerian left winger once again demonstrated that we should count on him this season. After two league matches, today was an important match against the Emirati rival coached by Hernan Crespo. Things started well for Al-Gharafa who led 2-0 at half-time thanks to a double from Joselu who arrived this summer from Real Madrid, but who were caught very quickly before the hour mark. After a goal from Senegalese Sano, Brahimi will score the fourth goal in the 76th minute, throwing himself at the far post for a 4-2 victory.
