They are trying to get back on track
Long weighed down by wounds, Corentin Tolisso (30 years old) returned to OL, his training club, in 2022. After two inconsistent first years, the former Munich player seems to be back at a very good level at the start of the season. Djibril Sidibé also made his return to Ligue 1, in Toulouse, after a stint at AEK Athens. The 32-year-old defender is still far from the level he was able to display in Monaco but his start to the season with TFC is rather interesting. That of Florian Thauvin (31 years old) at Udinese is downright astonishing. The former Marseille player has scored three goals and provided one assist in six Serie A matches.
