Initially shy and dominated, the Brestois came through in the first period thanks to the genius of Ludovic Ajorque who found Abdallah Sima. This showed great realism while RB Salzburg stumbled in front of the French club’s cages. Then Brest took things in hand little by little, matching the Austrian club at the start of the second half. Marco Bizot, in the cages of the Finistère team, had to shine more than once to maintain the lead in the score before witnessing a festival of goals from his teammates. There was Mahdi Camara, then Abdallah Sima for the double and finally Mathias Pereira Lage who superbly concluded this 10-minute recital. The victory was sealed, Brest won 4-0.
