Michel Barnier wants to make his speech “a founding moment”

The Prime Minister does not hold a majority in the Palais-Bourbon hemicycle. His government is made up of the presidential minority and the right-wing parties Les Républicains (LR) and Horizons. He will have to convince his own camp, but also beyond his troops.
