At the end of September, Vietnamese organizations and associations in the United Kingdom and a number of British organizations raised a total of 61,367 pounds to support the affected populations.

They are the Vietnamese Association of the United Kingdom (VAUK), the Vietnamese Business Association in the United Kingdom (VBUK), the Vietnamese Association of Intellectuals in the United Kingdom and Ireland (VIS), the Oxford Students’ Union, the Vietnamese Women and Children’s Association in the United Kingdom, the Vietnamese Community in Birmingham and Liverpool, the Vietnam-UK Friendship Network (VUKN) and Vietnamese representative agencies in the UK.

The mobilization of donations is done in a flexible manner through numerous activities such as calling for support from members of the association in person or online, the organization of community activities and cultural and sporting events. These activities have received enthusiastic support from overseas Vietnamese in the UK and local people.
