While Nate is upset about having violated medical confidentiality and worries about his professional future, Devon and Lily announce the merger of their companies and offer him a position.

Billy runs into Traci, who advises him to talk to Jack about her discoveries about his son Keemo. She hopes that what he discovered will help him grieve. Phyllis visits Jack, but he has no news from the mysterious sender. In Los Angeles, Allie sells the family home and the buyer wants to meet her.

Victor, Nikki and Nick are worried about not hearing from Victoria. Victor wonders how Ashland will react to what happened. Victoria is at her worst and finds some comfort in speaking with William. Wanting to take advantage of the situation, Adam makes Ashland a proposition: if he leaves town, they will not publish the evidence of his lie. The latter refuses, claiming that nothing is decided. For her part, Chelsea confides in Rey the little problems she encounters with Connor.
