Arsenal and PSG are set! The name of the referee who will officiate at the whistle for this match counting for the 2e day of the Champions League, this Tuesday 1is October (9 p.m.) was revealed by UEFA this Sunday, September 29.
A refereeing body with a Slovenian accent
The man in black will be none other than the Slovenian Slavko Vincic. He is an old acquaintance for French football fans since it was he who was on the whistle for the Euro 2024 semi-final between France and Spain (0-1).
During Arsenal – PSG, the refereeing body will be made up mainly of Slovenes. Vincic will be assisted by Tomaz Klancnik and Andraz Kovacic on the sidelines. Rade Obrenovic will be the fourth referee for this match.
In the video, we will find Nejc Kajtazovic as the main referee who will be assisted by the Pole Tomasz Kwiatkowski. The latter is the only non-Slovenian referee in this game which will take place at the Emirates stadium.
