Tiznit Hosts an Erasmus+ Youth Training Day

During the session, several themes were addressed, ranging from exchange opportunities for young people and socio-cultural leaders to the labeling of the European Solidarity Corps (CES), including virtual Erasmus+ exchanges (EVE) and the management of applications . Participants also took advantage of an interactive question and answer session to share their experiences and discover concrete solutions to benefit from the program.

The day was just the starting point, as similar events are scheduled in Fez on September 30, in Nador on October 3 and in Fnideq on October 7. The objective is clear: to disseminate Erasmus+ opportunities across the Kingdom, strengthen international cooperation and offer young Moroccans, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, a springboard towards socio-professional integration.

The Erasmus+ program, already established in Morocco since 2015, has enabled the mobility of more than 10,000 young people and workers through intercultural projects and supported 24 capacity building projects for Moroccan associations. This program actively contributes to the creation of Moroccan youth who are more competent, more mobile and better prepared for the challenges of the future.

Morocco-EU Strategic Partnership for Youth

The Moroccan Youth Support Program, launched in 2019 in partnership with the European Union, aims to improve the access of young people, and in particular the most vulnerable groups (young girls, Neets), to youth services. proximity. The aim is to facilitate their socio-professional integration by integrating them into international initiatives, such as Erasmus+, which offer real opportunities for training, mobility and growth.

The perspectives opened up by this program underline the importance of supporting young people in their transition to active citizenship and sustainable professional integration. The initiatives carried out by the ministry, in partnership with the European Union, mark a decisive step towards a more promising future for Moroccan youth.
