Cocoricoooo! Thirteen French climbers qualified for the finals of the 2024 European Youth Bouldering Championships in ! After an exhilarating semi-final, they will have the opportunity to defend the colors of during the finals, scheduled for today. The events will be broadcast live on YouTube, allowing everyone to follow our young talents in action.


Four U16s in the final!

Among the youngest, Evan Lemagnerreigning French champion, was able to impose his style by finishing in the lead with four successful blocks. He will be joined in the final by Noé Shankland et Mathis Duteurtrerespectively 5th and 7th after a great battle on the wall.

On the female side, Lou Auclair takes 2nd place and will also be there this afternoon at 3 p.m. to try to win the European title.

French domination in the U18s

Among the U18s, the French Julia Kuhl shone by being the only climber to complete four blocks during the semi-final. Louise Puech Yazid joins her after a solid 5th place.

It’s a big success for the boys as our three French competitors all qualify for the finals! Samuel Richard et Camille Claude stood out with two blocks each, while Lilian Bonniot completes the trio by taking the last qualifying place for the finals.

The U20s are not left out

In the U20 category, Kito Martinirecent senior French champion, won a deserved 2nd place thanks to his three tops and four zones. His compatriot Thomas Lemagner will also be in the final, ready to defend their chances.

Among girls, Lily Abriatrecently crowned world champion in her category, is aiming for a new title after a good 3rd place in the semi-final, while Louna Deshayes also joined the final with a solid 6th place.
