Frank Lampard picks best striker

He spent most of his career as a key member of Chelsea, so he had the opportunity to play with many excellent strikers, including the likes of Drogba, Torres and many more.

The England legend also played for Manchester City in his later years and played alongside Sergio Aguero in the team.

He claimed to have played with the best striker of all time at City in a recent interview, ignoring Drogba, who he played alongside for most of his career.

According to Give Me Sport, Frank Lampard said: “ Oh, he’s the best, for me I think. I’ve been lucky enough to play with some great players, Didier Drogba was one of the ones I always praised as a versatile striker because he gave you everything.

But in terms of goalscoring and finishing, Aguero is the best I’ve played with.

He can be quiet for much of the game but then score a winning goal, with any type of goal also around the box.

He’s deadly, he’s lively and he’s a very confident boy. He has a certain demeanor in the way he plays and the way he trains. “.

Incidentally, Frank Lampard was one of the best players to score the most goals in the Premier League after turning 30.
