WTA Ranking: Ons Jabeur Gains One Place and Reaches 21st Rank

Tunisian tennis player Ons Jabeur moved up a place in the WTA rankings published on Monday, reaching world number 21.

Jabeur, who has been absent from the tennis courts since mid-August due to injury, announced last week in a post published on social media that she would not take part in any of the remaining tournaments for the year 2024.

This decision, she explained, was taken in consultation with her medical staff.

In the top 10, Poland’s Iga Swiatek, Belarus’ Aryna Sabalenka and American Jessica Pegula remain on the podium with an unchanged number of points. The only change in the top 10 comes in ninth and tenth place, now occupied by Danielle Collins and Barbora Krejcikova.
