For several years, the town’s associations have taken advantage of a day to meet, make themselves known and create an event. The meeting is set for Sunday April 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The parents’ association is offering a garage sale on this occasion in the village hall parking lot. In the event of bad weather, retreat into the gymnasium will be possible. For exhibitors, places are still available at the price of €8 for 3 meters and €3 for an additional meter. Throughout the day, a raffle will be offered with a draw at 4 p.m. The Atout Lire library will be exceptionally open all day and offers a folding and origami workshop from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This will also be an opportunity to discover this place and, why not, to register for the modest sum of €10. In the same time slot, the “Enfastastics” who manage the ALAE are thinking about Mother’s Day and offering children the creation of various objects to give to their mother. At lunchtime, everyone can eat on site thanks to the presence of the “Lunch Wagon” food truck and at 12 p.m. the “Play” group will give a small rock concert. From 2:30 p.m. the Olympique de Saliès offers a doublet pétanque competition on points. Registrations are free and will take place on site from 2 p.m.
The very young association of the commune of L’Épi de Saliès which manages the participatory grocery store will present its activity and offer tastings of local products and possibly take registrations. Throughout the day, a refreshment bar will be at your disposal.
