In June, Paris Match who published the private photos explained that their story began after the 53-year-old Slovenian presenter declared her love on television. She had in fact given an interview to 50 minutes Inside on TF1 at the beginning of May and chose a song by Marc Lavoine to end the interview. “I’m in love with this guy… He doesn’t know it. Shh!” she confided.

Adriana Karembeu, Sklenaříková by her maiden name, was married to footballer Christian Karembeu from 1998 to 2012, and kept her last name for her media activities. She was also in a relationship with businessman Aram Ohanian between 2014 and 2022. As for Marc Lavoine, he was married to Sarah Poniatowski from 1995 to 2018, then to novelist Line Papin from 2020 to 2022.
