Lola Chauveau, a 17-year-old girl living in Yzernay, received the departmental gold medal in the sales employee category on Saturday March 23 at La Providence in Cholet.
A saleswoman at the Ouvrard bakery in Maulévrier for three years, she is doing her work-study apprenticeship there. After obtaining her CAP, she is now in the first year of her professional baccalaureate.
The theme was the Olympic Games, where you had to represent a city and a sport. I chose Paris and skipped sports

A regional competition on May 4
During this competition for best apprentice, there were seven of them competing. In the morning, I had to prepare the showcase before taking the oral exam in the afternoon
the latter being of course very important for a saleswoman.
In her window, around the Eiffel Tower, Lola installed products from Maison Ouvrard: macarons, pie, croissants and baguettes, before the jury, made up of two former best apprentices in France and other professionals, judged all. The gold medal therefore came to reward the work of the young saleswoman.
Now it’s time for the regional competition which will take place on Saturday May 4 at Eurespace, in Cholet, where Lola, beyond her showcase, will highlight golf as a sport. I thank my bosses, Aurélien and Lucie, for their support. I would like to stay in the sales field, it’s my passion and I like interacting with customers
says Lola. We are proud of our apprentice. We were present at the departmental competition and we will also be present for the regional
indicate Aurélien and Lucie, also welcoming the investment and determination of Lola, now a young saleswoman adorned with gold.
