Torcy. Soka bou and clever Yoeurm said yes

This Saturday morning, in the presence of their families and friends and under the watchful eye of their sea son, Soka Bou and Malin Yoeurm united by the bonds of marriage. Christian Landré, deputy mayor, collected their consents after Mickaël Chevalier informed the future grooms of the rights and duties between spouses. Olivier Tat and Roseline Bou were major witnesses to this union.
