Floods and floods in Rennes: residents evacuated

Five departments are placed on flood alert this Saturday at the end of the afternoon, due to the rain brought by storm Éowyn which is sweeping the British Isles in particular. The Ille-et-Vilaine prefecture calls for extreme caution.
