The employees of Sdel navis (cabling company, subsidiary of Vinci energy, notably subcontractor of the Construction Sites) on strike Tuesday January 21 and Wednesday January 22, continued their movement Thursday January 23 and Friday January 24, in the form of “ pearly strike »on the scene of intervention, report the CGT staff delegates.
They estimate “that the firmness of the company, faced with their demand to reinstate an employee dismissed without valid reason and their wish for the departure of the site director, will leave traces in our future discussions, which were already very heated during the strike days”.
Delegates also note “that reluctantly, but on the advice of his lawyer, the employee concerned accepted an amicable dismissal, with compensation, in place of the dismissal for misconduct initially notified in December”. The employees, disappointed, say to themselves « inquiets for their future (1) ».
