The first edition of The Brain ends this Friday, January 24, after seven weeks of competition. Who, among the three finalists, stood out and won the W9 game? We already know this since the last episode is available on M6+. Warning spoilers!

From reality to university, there is only one step… which W9 has taken with The Brain. This new game offered 18 personalities well known to fans of the genre to return to school to test their knowledge and win the title of “biggest brain in reality TV”. Grammar, vocabulary, general knowledge, logic, history, geography… For seven weeks, the candidates saw all the colors, sometimes to the great joy of viewers. But like all good things come to an end, the adventure ends this Friday, January 24, at the end ofa finale rich in suspense… Already available on the M6+ platform. The Brain (W9): who are the finalists?

At the start, there were 18. Despite several eliminations throughout the season, there were still eight at the start of the week. So obviously, things have accelerated somewhat. Thus, Nabil bowed out, then followed by Thomas – both eliminated by Vincent Queijo in a duel. As for Vivian, he bowed out at the gates of the final. They were therefore five to reach the final: Jonathan, Vincent, Mélanie, Benoît and Nicolo. For this final stretch, each was accompanied by a former eliminated candidate to support them: Benoît chose Carla Moreau, Vincent his partner Marwa, Mélanie his darling Nabil, Nicolo his ex Solène and finally Jonathan chose Julie. Especially since the The pair of the future winner will pocket 1,000 euros for their association.

The Brain : who won the first season of the W9 game?

A grand final which took place over several rounds. In each of them, a candidate was eliminated while those qualified saw their respective prize pools increase by 1000 euros. The first three events saw the eliminations of Nicolo, Vincent and Benoît (even though the latter had finished first in each of the previous rounds), offering a final duel between Jonathan and Mélanie. A very close final, since everyone having answered incorrectly, they offered a point to their opponent. It was on a very last question relating to the bones of the human body that the fate of the two candidates was decided and it was ultimately Jonathan who won 2-1 against Mélanie. Her prize pool amounts to 15,700 euros (Mélanie’s was 13,100 euros). Her victory also allows Julie to bring 1,000 euros to the association of her choice.
