The Rouches achieved a significant success in Sint-Truiden (1-2).
The match couldn’t have started better for Sint-Truiden, with Ogawa quickly punishing some poor defending. The Canaries had the wind in their sails and Standard was not at all in the game. Although the Liégeois managed to appear threatening once through Price.
The match became more balanced and just before half-time, Sint-Truiden committed a penalty following a foul by Van Helden. Zeqiri got behind the ball and scored 1-1. This is also the half-time score in the cold of Limburg.
