Ten days after the violent fires that ravaged Los Angeles, the Hallyday family has still not mourned the loss of their house which burned to the ground. On Instagram, Joy, the daughter of Laeticia and Johnny Hallyday, shared this Saturday, January 18, a photo of the rubble.

Ten days ago, on the night of January 7 to 8, Los Angeles suffered a sad fate. Violent fires broke out in the Californian city and ravaged several places. Blame it on violent winds of 160 km/h and persistent drought, which displaced the embers and left behind scenes of desolation. Faced with the urgency of this situation, tens of thousands of residents have had to abandon their homes. And many celebrities have also lost their homes: Hilton, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, Mandy Moore, Jennifer Grey… But French stars have also been affected by this tragedy, starting with Laeticia Hallyday who saw her house burn to the ground. : “There is nothing left. I saw our house go to ashes, helpless in the face of the flames which took everything away”she wrote on Instagram. She added: It wasn’t just a house. It was our refuge, our rebirth after the chaos of mourning. It is between these walls that we healed our wounds, that we learned to live with absence, to rebuild days lit by love despite the shadow of loss […] I feel like I’ve lost a part of my soul, as if a part of me had gone away with the flames. The sorrow is endless.

A shot that says a lot

While many stars have left the city to take refuge in hotels, Laeticia Hallyday and her daughters were welcomed by their friend Christina Apostolidouprofessional designer. While waiting to find an accommodation solution, the family is trying to rebuild their lives. But the pain and pain are still as strong as ever, as Joy Hallyday proved. The Taulier’s daughter actually shared an eloquent photo on Instagram on Saturday January 18. Without any comment, apart from a hurt heart emoji, the young girl published a photo of the ashes of her house. A photo which clearly shows the extent of the damage caused by the fires…
