The Ottawa Police Service has arrested and charged two people in connection with the murder of Wilson Sabarros. Authorities found the 50-year-old dead shortly after 5 p.m. Friday in a residence on Pondhollow Road in the Barrhaven area.
Mia Tejada, aged 28, as well as Omar Assaad aged 26, both from Ottawa, were arrested and charged with first degree murder.
They appeared in court on Friday.
Other homicide
In addition, another individual has been charged with first degree murder, this time in the story of the arson which cost the life of Ottokie Kelly, aged 51, on October 8.
-Ahmed Hozayen, 30, from Ottawa, has been charged with first degree murder, arson causing danger to human life, arson causing bodily harm, arson causing damage equipment and possession of incendiary materials for the purposes of arson
He appeared in court on Friday.
