The search for the cause of a suspicious odor at the Paul-Gauguin school group in Melgven, Thursday January 16, also disrupted the reunion club session. The association was in fact supposed to occupy the Louise-Ebrel room that day, but it had been requisitioned to accommodate nursery school children during the operation launched by the firefighters in the school and its surroundings.

Upon their arrival, the club members were unable to enter the Ebrel room. After discussions with the mayor, Catherine Esvant, the decision was taken to withdraw to the council chambers. The thirty members waited for the galette des Rois time while chatting because the planned games were canceled, as was the coffee which was to accompany the galette.
