The story is good girl. The Élysée, in its press release concerning the death of Jean-Marie Le Pen, relies on its judgment on the decades of political life of the founder of the National Front. But, one wonders, what will the story say, and when?
Who will write it or who will speak for her if she can’t do it alone? Will she be able to comment, for example, on the “controversies” what does François Bayrou mention and which the deceased was accustomed to? A way of speaking, with around twenty convictions for inciting racial hatred or contesting crimes against humanity. Controversies. Would racism and negationism be opinions to be brought into the debate?
And how can we in fact judge the polemicist, the tribune or even “the menhir”thus nicknamed in a flattering manner by a good part of the media as if to salute a rock, a block of granite firmly anchored in its soil. Words have meaning. It’s called semantics. They are not innocent and may even be accomplices.
Faced with the extreme right, don’t give up!
